Book a
Collection
Once you have received a quote and
are ready to book a collection, you can proceed to book a collection
by clicking on the link in the quote email. You will
be forwarded to our booking screen, and once your booking
details have been entered, you will be directed to our
secure payment screen where you can pay using PayPal or by
credit card.
The sender must have email access and a printer to use our
services.
We will email you the shipping labels (consignment label) for
you to print out, and we will arrange the collection on
your behalf. You will need to stick the shipping labels
onto the items. Once the driver arrives to collect your
item, sign the paperwork provided by the driver and your
item is ready to go.
Please note: If you do not attach the label we have sent
you and the driver uses a manual connote, a manual connote
surcharge may apply.
Declaring the weight & dimensions of your goods
It is your responsibility to ensure that you declare the
exact weight and dimensions of the packaged goods being
sent. If a check is done and the carrier identifies that the
information provided is incorrect, you will be notified
via email of the additional amount to pay. We will not send
the freight until the outstanding monies are paid.

Same day pickup is available from most areas if your booking is
made before 11.00am (EDST). However, some areas will
need to be booked 24 hours prior to pickup.
